in partnership with The Rape and Domestic Violence Crisis Center
is offering a workshop for childcare professionals, parents,
and caregivers focusing on:

Preventing Child Sexual Abuse
Core Knowledge Area: Child Welfare

• there are ways to teach and to parent that can decrease the chances of a child being victimized
• over 90% of child sexual assaults are perpetrated by someone the child knows and trusts
• people who abuse children look and act like everyone else
• procedure for reporting

PRESENTER: Donna Raycraft, MA, CFLE is the Executive Director of the Rape and Domestic Violence Crisis Center, is a certified family life educator and has over 30 years experience in parenting education, consultation and child protection.
