Time : 9:30am – 3:30pm

Ages: 11-15

Cost: $42.50 (the second $42.50 pd by PCC scholarships)

(Scholarship support provided by: Jessie Gould Fund & Rolfe and Rumford Donor Advised Fund of the NH Charitable Foundation)

This class provides youth who are planning to babysit with the knowledge and skills necessary to safely and responsibly give care for children and infants. It also helps participants to:

  • develop leadership skills
  • learn how to develop a babysitting business
  • learn what to expect from the person who hires you
  • learn how to keep themselves and others safe
  • learn how to handle an emergency or illness
  • learn how to perform basic first aid
  • learn about basic child care routines

Each participant will receive a babysitter’s training certificate for completion of the course.
